Know Your Rights: Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act

On March 3, 2022, President Biden signed the Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act (HR 4445). One year later, some of the driving forces behind this landmark bipartisan legislation will join Lift Our Voices and Women, Influence & Power in Law for a special 75-minute virtual event. During this moderated session, panelists will discuss the impact of The Act on employees, organizations, and communities. They will talk about the empowerment of employees and provide model language explicitly tailored for conversations with employers and advice on how best to advocate for changes in employment contracts. They will also discuss the real benefits of this reform to organizations as they work to build safer, more productive, and more equitable workplaces.
