New findings: The first major review of Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act (EFAA) shows survivors have successfully used law to bring claims out of secrecy and into public view.

New AARP research shows older Americans want a say in how age discrimination claims get handled: 83% say workers should be able to take these cases to court instead of being forced into private arbitration. Yet while 19% of adults 50+ report experiencing workplace age discrimination, only 1% have ever filed an official claim, and very few turn to the EEOC or a lawyer.

This is why LOV does what we do! The Protecting Older Americans Act responds to that gap by restoring choice and fairness, so older workers are not locked into a process they never knowingly agreed to.
