60% of U.S. workers have experienced or witnessed workplace discrimination and 40% reported being retaliated against after speaking up.

The numbers don’t lie.

America is facing an epidemic of toxic workplace culture and millions of survivors are being forced into silence.

87-94% of survivors never come forward to report an incident or their abuser.

One-third of LGBTQ+ respondents reported that they experienced discrimination or harassment within the past five years.

The Business Impact

Workers are leaving their jobs due to toxic workplace culture

News of a sexual harassment case at a major company will lead to a market value decline of 1.5% the following day.

That’s an average drop of…

$450 Million!

If harassment involves a CEO or generates heavy news coverage, the stakes are considerably higher, with market value drops of up to…

6.5%

Together, we can transform the American workplace.

Our work at LOV goes beyond sexual assault and harassment in the workplace. We’re working to shift an entire culture towards equity and inclusivity, eliminating workplace toxicity and ensuring every worker has a voice.

We’re fighting to...

  • Expand federal legislation on forced arbitration to include other disenfranchised, silenced, and historically marginalized communities.

  • Eradicate the use of NDAs for all toxic workplace issues at both the state and federal levels.

Every worker deserves a voice.
