LOV Where You Work Index

We’ve been hard at work advancing new laws and policies to make workplaces more respectful, including spearheading the passage of two federal landmark laws – The Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act and The Speak Out Act. State bans on NDAs are also making their way across the nation – from California to New Jersey to Washington – and other state bills are on the horizon.

We’re now adding focus to where these silencing mechanisms are most-often used— the workplace.

HR Executives play a crucial role in employee experience, attraction, and retention. By shaping policies and practices, they ensure that the organization attracts, retains, and nurtures the right talent necessary for driving business success in today’s competitive environment.

With the continued generational shift taking effect in the workplace, employees are looking at different criteria when selecting an employer of choice.

Some companies have already committed to adopting policies to make workplaces more respectful. We believe that more need to follow suit.

That’s why Lift Our Voices is launching our inaugural survey – “LOV Where You Work” – that will be used to create an Index that rates the Russell 3000 companies on their use of mandatory arbitration and non-disclosure agreements.

The first scorecard will be released later this year.
