About the LOV Where You Work Survey

As an HR executive, you play a crucial role in employee experience, attraction, and retention. By shaping policies and practices, you ensure that the organization attracts, retains, and nurtures the right talent necessary for driving business success in today’s competitive environment.

With the continued generational shift taking effect in the workplace, all employees are looking at different criteria when selecting an employer of choice.

Some companies have already committed to adopting policies to make workplaces more respectful. We believe that more need to follow suit.

That’s why Lift Our Voices is launching our inaugural “LOV Where You Work” survey, funded by Melinda French Gates’ Pivotal Ventures, that will be used to create an index that rates companies in the Russell 3000 on their use of forced arbitration and non-disclosure agreements.
